Start by identifying your stress triggers. Once you know what causes your stress, you can work on strategies to mitigate these triggers. Techniques such as mindfulness meditation, deep-breathing exercises, or even brief physical activities like a walk around the block can significantly reduce stress levels.

Incorporate tools like the Headspace app into your daily routine to help guide your stress relief practices. Establish a routine that allows for regular breaks throughout the day to clear your mind, which can prevent stress from building up.

Developing Emotional Intelligence (EI)
Emotional intelligence is key to managing your emotions and improving your interactions with others. Enhance your EI by practicing self-awareness. Reflect on your feelings and reactions to different situations to understand your emotional responses better. This insight allows you to manage your emotions more effectively and respond to workplace challenges more adaptively.
